Youth who fled Guatemala on their own find refuge at the ULA office (July 2014)
Youth who fled Guatemala on their own found refuge at the ULA in 2014.  Three years later, two of them have graduated from Wilbur Cross High School and they are pursuing community college.

Donating to ULA is an investment in our community’s power. We depend on people like you to sustain our movement. Most ULA members, who are low-income immigrants, voluntarily contribute $10 per month or $120 per year to sustain the movement, and they volunteer weekly.

Your gift of $25, $50, $100, $200, $500 or another amount, monthly or yearly, will support our vital work educating and organizing our community to defeat racism and systemic oppression.

We do not have access to traditional funding, but we have sustained one of the most vibrant civil rights movements in Connecticut for 12 years through supporters like you.

Fill out the form below to donate with credit card via PayPal. We will not share your personal information with anyone. We will only use it to acknowledge your gift and inform you about our work.

Or send us a check!  Checks should be written to “Shalom UCC” with “ULA” in the memo line.
Mail to: ULA, PO BOX 21, New Haven, CT 06501.

Shalom United Church of Christ, a 501(c)(3) organization, is our fiscal agent. Your entire gift supports ULA and is tax-deductible.
