H.B. No. 5071 (RAISED) AN ACT CONCERNING CIVIL ACTIONS AGAINST AN EMPLOYER FOR FAILURE TO PAY WAGES OR COMPENSATION OR MAKE PAYMENTS TO AN EMPLOYEE WELFARE FUND
would require employers guilty of wage theft to pay double the wages owed
